When is your leasing office open?
Our leasing offices at Riverwood, Pointe, and Hills are open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
What's included in my monthly rent?
Your monthly rent includes access to applicable amenities at each apartment location. We have a pool and tennis\pickleball court and exercise room at Riverwood, a tennis court and swimming pool at Pointe, and a pool and exercise room at Hills.
Do you offer free parking?
Each tenant is allowed a free on-site parking spot in your community.
Is Burton Properties pet friendly?
We allow cats for an additional monthly fee, but we do not allow dogs.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
We do not, but we can refer you a few companies that lease furniture and deliver it for you as well.
What floor plans do you offer?
Each complex is different, but we offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments all within close proximity to Clemson University.
Do I have to be a student to live here?
Nope! Most of our tenants are Clemson students, but we also rent to anyone. We do run a credit and background check and require a credit score of 650 or higher with no previous evictions.
Are there laundry facilities on-site?
Each apartment has a washer and dryer included in the unit!
Do you have a maintenance staff?
We have maintenance available during regular office hours!
